It has been non stop rain over these last several days and unfortunately, I have been so behind on content for the blog because of it. I have not been able to do a shoot in what feels like forever! Of course now when I've got some inspiration back it has to be so gloomy outside. I don't think that we are getting any sunshine until Sunday. In the meantime though, I wanted to give you guys a little fitness update, especially since I receive so many questions about the 21 Day Fix program. I figured I would answer them all here.
